The Product

Each item is individually hand crafted from natural materials.  Precise colour, texture and dimension will vary slightly.

All silver used is solid sterling silver.

Due to the organic nature of materials used we recommend our jewellery is removed before bathing.

Orders and Payment

All orders are securely placed through our PayPal shop.  Should you wish to pay by cheque please contact us and we will be happy to accomodate you.  You will need to allow up to 10 days for cheques to clear before items can be sent.

Delivery

Orders are sent within 1-3 working days of payment being received.  Items in the UK will be sent via first class mail, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

UK first class mail:  £2.50

Rest of world: £4.00

These charges are per order NOT item.

Packaging

All our packaging is 100% recycled or recyclable.

Returns

If you are not totally happy with your order we will exchange or refund your items provided they are returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unworn within 14 days of receipt.  In this situation please inform us promptly via email.  Postage will be refunded on faulty items only.  We can not refund items lost in the post, we therefore recommend you send them registered.

All sale items are final.

Secure internet connections: you will not be asked for financial details on a normal internet page.  All financial transactions are handled by PayPal.
