BEAUCOCO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE PRODUCT
Each item is unique as it is hand crafted from natural materials, precise colour, texture and dimensions will slightly vary. 

Due to the nature of the organic materials used it is recommended that items are NOT allowed to become wet.

ORDERS
Orders are securely placed through netbanx and all major credit cards are accepted.  Should you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us through our email address and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.  Please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear before items can be sent.

DELIVERY
Orders will be sent within 5 working days from date of order, as long as the items are in stock.  You will be informed by email if the items are out of stock and provided with a new delivery date.

Items within the UK will be sent by 1st class post, postage time is usually 2-5 working days.

POST & PACKAGING COSTS:  

UK: 1st class post £3.50
Outside UK:   airmail £4.50

Post and packaging charges are for the first item only, subsequent items ordered at the same time incur no extra charge.

PACKAGING
All packaging used is 100% natural and recyclable.

RETURNS
If you are not totally happy with your order we will exchange or refund the items provided they are returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unworn within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us immediately by our email address and we will provide you with our returns address.  Postage will be refunded on faulty items only.  We cannot refund items lost or damaged in the post so we advise you to send them by registered post.  All sale item orders are final.

PRIVACY POLICY
Secure internet connections: you will not be asked for credit or debit card information on a normal internet page.  All transactions are handled by our bank on secure pages. 

All information given to Beaucoco is kept confidential.  No information will ever be shared or sold.
